All Sales Final

At Flashback Toys & Collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items

If your order arrives damaged or is materially different from its listing description, please contact us promptly through our website's contact page.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging, when relevant. Please retain the item and packaging until your request has been reviewed.

We will review the circumstances and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a return, replacement if available, or refund, consistent with applicable law. Please contact us before returning any item.

Vintage and Pre-Owned Collectibles

Many of our products are vintage, pre-owned, or collectible. Normal age-related wear, packaging imperfections, and condition issues already disclosed in the product description or photographs are part of the item's stated condition.

Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
